Michael Green

Mike joined Priority One Commercial in 2017. He handles special projects for the firm’s property management team, coordinating maintenance and repair work and preparing cost estimates for owner review across the properties under management.

Before joining Priority One, Mike spent six years with the Clark County Department of Real Property Management, where he held several positions including business analyst, Maintenance and Operations Supervisor for the Facilities Maintenance Division, administrative manager and ultimately assistant director.

His background extends well beyond commercial property management. Mike served nine years as a U.S. Army maintenance officer and spent twelve years in purchasing and contract administration with Clark County. He also worked for eight years as a human resources manager with The Animal Foundation in Las Vegas.

That combination of facilities, maintenance, purchasing and management experience gives Mike a practical approach to solving property issues. Whether coordinating a repair, working with a contractor or addressing an operational problem, his focus is on getting the issue handled and keeping the property running.

Outside the office, Mike enjoys traveling, hiking and camping, and spending time with his family.
