How we started, and how we still work.

Priority One Commercial was founded in 1993 by Cyndi Inman and Julie Collins with a straightforward idea behind the name: make the client Priority One.

They started small, working out of a trailer and building the company one client and property at a time. More than three decades later, Priority One remains family-owned and locally operated, serving the same Southern Nevada market where the company began.

Through the valley’s growth years, much of the firm’s work was alongside local developers, taking new projects from ground-up development through lease-up.

Today, we work with property owners, investors and businesses on commercial sales, leasing, acquisitions and property management. Our size allows us to stay directly involved. The people responsible for your assignment stay with it through the analysis, strategy, negotiations and execution.

Every property and every assignment is different. We develop our strategy around the property, its specific submarket, current market conditions and what the client is trying to accomplish.

The company has grown considerably since 1993, but the idea behind the name hasn’t changed. Put the client first, know the market and stay involved in the work.
