Cyndi Inman

Cynthia “Cyndi” Inman is the owner and founder of Priority One Commercial and has worked in commercial real estate since earning her Nevada real estate license in 1989.

In 1993, Cyndi and her business partner, Julie Collins, founded Priority One Commercial with a simple idea behind the name: make the client Priority One. The company started small, operating from a trailer while they built the business one client and property at a time. More than three decades later, Cyndi still owns Priority One and remains actively involved with the company and its clients.

Over her career in Southern Nevada, Cyndi has worked across nearly every side of commercial property. Her experience includes the sale, leasing and management of office, industrial and retail properties, as well as the marketing of commercial developments throughout Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson.

Having worked through decades of growth and multiple real estate cycles, Cyndi brings a long-term perspective to each assignment. She understands not only how properties are bought, sold and leased, but how they operate after the transaction is complete.

That experience still shapes the way she works today: understand what the client is trying to accomplish, give straightforward advice and stay involved until the job is done.

Outside the office, Cyndi enjoys Pilates, going to concerts and catching up with friends.
