Cheryl Holt

Cheryl Holt joined Priority One Commercial in 2026 as Maintenance Coordinator. She works with the firm’s property management team, coordinating maintenance and repair requests and keeping work moving across the properties under management.

Cheryl brings five years of property management experience. Before joining Priority One, she managed day-to-day operations across residential portfolios, including 285 multifamily units.

Originally from Plymouth, England, Cheryl has lived in Las Vegas for eight years. Her goal is to earn her Nevada property management permit and further her career in property management.

Outside the office, Cheryl enjoys bowling, spending time with her daughter and taking care of the family’s three dogs.
