Brandon McCool is President of Priority One Commercial, where he works with owners, buyers, landlords and tenants on the sale, acquisition and leasing of commercial property throughout Southern Nevada.
Brandon has spent more than 25 years working in the Southern Nevada market. His experience includes property analysis, acquisition and disposition strategy, leasing, and advisory work across office, industrial, retail and medical properties.
Brandon began his commercial real estate career in 2001 with Priority One Commercial, where he gained hands-on experience working with local developers on new projects, including ground-up development and lease-up assignments. He later joined a Las Vegas office team at Grubb & Ellis, which became Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. His team ranked among the firm’s top-performing office groups year over year. Brandon then became a member of the Las Vegas Office and Medical Advisory Team at Avison Young, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate services firms, before returning to Priority One Commercial.
A Las Vegas resident since 1988, Brandon has watched the market grow through multiple real estate cycles. That history gives him perspective that goes beyond current asking rates and recent comparable sales. He understands how different Southern Nevada submarkets have developed, how they behave differently, and how those differences can affect the value and marketability of a property.
At Priority One Commercial, Brandon takes a hands-on approach to his assignments, remaining directly involved from the initial analysis and strategy through negotiations and closing.
In his spare time Brandon enjoys hiking with his dog Luka, going to concerts and finding the best new spots in Las Vegas.
